Get help from RileyNet

Email mail@rileynet.stream for help with your connection. If your fibre is offline, use mobile data or another connection to send the message.

Include the details Riley needs

  • Your name, service address and a contact number.
  • The time the problem started and whether it affects one device or the whole house.
  • Router make and model, light labels on the ONT, and any visible error message.
  • Whether Ethernet worked and what you’ve already tried.

A subject such as “Fibre offline since 8 am” makes the problem easy to identify. Leave out passwords, payment details and photos of Wi-Fi QR codes.

What happens next

Riley will review the service details, ask for any checks needed, and coordinate an upstream fault where appropriate. Support is best effort. For BYO equipment, Riley checks the fibre service and supplies connection settings. Your router manufacturer or installer handles device configuration.

If you are still choosing a plan

Use the free address check for a new connection. Include the unit number if applicable. Riley will check availability and provide a written quote before you decide.
